List takes 100% of with and another list goes down the first list.

Question

the first list is in float left and the second is in float right.
I've tried with the clearfix but it's doesn't work.

if first list is given float left then you don't need to write float-right in second one... it will automatically set besides first one

if i don't write float right in the second list,it will go under the first list?
