if you mean real time location of caller, then its impossible because Telecom companies won't allow this.

also you can use HTML5 GeoLocation for finding location of your users.

dear @Shubhadip you should use a service or api for that. for android i suggest you to use SL4A which means Service Layer For Android. sl4a + python works fine
