What does a programmer fear the most?

I'm planning to make a game called Programmer Inc. and I want each and every detail of a programmer's life, what he fears the most, what makes a programmer happy, what is a programmer's favorite thing etc. I will be asking these questions on different forums for programming so my first question is : "What Does a Programmer Fear the most?" Do you fear that your program will give an error? Do you fear that your program will turn out bad or have a bad reputation? What Do You Fear?...

Perhaps having your most favourite programming language/compiler declared obsolete by the world would suck.

I fear programs that make developing easy enough for anybody to use. Kind of like Wix makes it easy to make a website and has actually gotten me out of getting a hundred bucks from somebody. I understand we will always need programmers but I don't want to compete with millions to get rare jobs. I deeply hope that isn't the direction we will go.

The biggest fears:
- To have an annoying customer that changes a lot the project.
- To have an annoying co-worker that messes the work everyday.
- To have an annoying boss that asks for unrealistic goals.
- To have an annoying work station that bugs during work time.

To have a stupid bug affecting a large program that you just can't find.
Having an update to a coding language that makes it impossible to do something you have done for years.
