adding time decay to skills?

@SoloLearn ... have you thought about adding a conservative time decay to skills? basically if I have not touched anything with X skill (err language) you would apply a decay of value n and select at random sections of code for a user to refresh on by redoing the material or by giving them a quiz with 5 questions? bottom line is, coding ability is based on practice and consistency ... therefore it is only natural the knowledge would decay if not refreshed at reasonable intervals
