Whats wrong with this profile?! XCrocodile (plat member)

This plat guy has 0xp?! See his activity. He unlocked Epic badge. Click on the Activity of Epic Badge unlocked and you will see it is locked.

This guy reset all his progress(according to Hatsy) and all his courses are still showing 💯% completed.

Can any moderator or other community member explain this to me?

You can access his profile from app only. In PC, you can't. The same is the case with:
smaznet
Nomeh Uchenna Gabriel
Immortal
Sheena Singh
These 5 accounts are banned/closed. You can access them from my "Platinum Members" codes.

He reset all his course progress.

He didn't reset his course progress otherwise why his played challenges showing in his profile??? If you reset your progress you lose everything including all played challenges... There is something wrong for sure.

Why would sololearn block last 3 users??? I know them all they are good users...

His challenges with https://www.sololearn.com/Profile/4051046/?ref=app are suspicious and while challenges of that last user are cleared I think it was the case...

Click on the latest activity and you will see that Epic badge is locked.

@Blade Not in this case as you can see. But if I'm not mistaken it's not a consistent rule
