Like Ekansh said, there's many codes on here which can help you. For example, there's many CSS-centred codes which give your page large appeal and beauty. Bootstrap tabs are also in codes [to-do lists mostly] but are good to look at. Rheina Rae's [I hope I didn't butcher her name] is talented when it comes to this, I suggest her codes as well.
Whatever is expected of you is laid right here in different codes, just add your spin on it / use as inspiration [with credits] and also try everything else people suggest here to your fit. I wish you luck. 😊
