hey guys instead of answering not so clever answers while at the same time giving away your extreme lack of knowlegde in a field, please at least help the person who posted the question

apart from val's fav tool,

if by html 5 you want buttons etc, well you do it the hybrid way. get any android tool you wish that supports something called a web view. set the source to an html5 which you can write upon app creation or download to a specific folder. if you add js you can have apps doing calculations. if you want more powers just use an iframe provided the site is mobile responsive. you can also use js libs etc etc just you'll get an app with icon and if you do your website well, you will get native android feel. this approach is used most often by companies who don't really want to enter the android market yet want their users not to be dissatisfied.

the second and that is the most recommended approach is using a tool called cordova, use html css and js to create your apps, open camera bluetooth etc etc you get your android app via web langs. using those apps normally don't give away their hybrid nature until maybe you decompile the .apk

the only drawback of cordova might be to learn it, after that, nice you go on nicely and quickly. informative apps are very well made using this tool !

we can't make an Android app with html5.
but I Know We can add HTML5 codes To an App.....
