there is an included ide with python distributions called IDLE, try that
else learn how to run programs from the commandline
for ide apart from hatsy's answer i prefer wing ide personal edition -> free

Just go to python.org or geany IDE, although I'm not sure if geany is available on windows.

I like Geany because it allows you to choose any type of programming language format you want. Geany is really easy to use also.

Thnx But I Just Want To Learn Python so just i need the free version of ide or Command line
