How to add mp3 audio files

Question

so of course I'm given this example

yet would the mp3 name go into the "audio.mp3" part? Would I simply copy and paste, or is their such a thing as a url for mp3 files; if so how do I find it?

It might look confusing but there are two ways:
(I recommend no.1)

1.Place the audio file in the same folder where your HTML document is and replace "audio.mp3" with the song name.
2. Write where exactly the audio file is. By that I mean e.g. " C://User/Arnie/My Music/audio.mp3"

Wait if I do number would I have to do that outside of the code playground? You can run HTML on any word document right?

If I do number: my is coming off of a flash drive. So would it be USB Drive (F:)//music//audio.mp3 when I check my document that what my computer names my flash drive, and I keep my music in a 'music' folder.
This is what I wrote
