Real Names/Faces vs. Avatars?

Question

With the talk about not celebrating as much of your accomplishments on board to show more professionalism here, I was wondering what people think about having more real names used.

After all, I wouldn't think you'd build up a great certificate XP to get it printed out as a hacker, or avatar name like "For Shizzle My Nizzle I'm A Hacker For Rizzle", or "Overlord X".
