Women don't behave worse, but their "average way of behaving" is other than ours. That could bring new points of view to problems or improve the working atmosphere. Even if it did the opposite: they have equal rights, and if they are more competent than a man, they should be hired. Also the other way around: no woman should be hired just because of her gender.
