how to setup the timer on runtime

Question

trying to get timer working on this it has nuttin to do with what i was taught i just found out there a libary containing namespaces in a mircosoft website wanted to try one out and this one deal with timers (namespace-System.Timers so i did one of the examples my question is what i did wrong?care to help me out?
