Who is using Bootstrap on WAMP here ??

Question

Seems like not all Bootstrap functionnalities works on WAMP.
i) My nav doesn't change in color when I set another color on it. This is my nav:
<nav class="navbar navbar-default navbar-fixed-top">.
ii) My carousel doesn't work. I can't change image to see another. Even when I clicked on the "next" button.
iii) My navbar at the top of the page doesn't collapse on smaller screen.
iv) My drop-down menu doesn't work when I click on it.
Please I need someone who can help me to solve this issue. Thanks 😔

when you register you get a dns forwarding to your computer; normally if you give your ip address we can connect but with this free dns you do not news to keep your ip address in mind
