All of them that are still relevant to any technology we use, which is most.
Best is a subjective term and is simply relative to whatever task you have in front of you. That's like asking which tool on my belt is the best tool; it simply depends what task i'm doing and which tool works best in that moment. In practical terms, what is your long term goals and what type of programming path do you plan to take? I would base what I learned initially off of that, and then learn anything else along the way as I need it. Learning process never ends with this or technology in general.
Good place to start? C++, C#, and Java are my personal top recommendations. They're all great languages, and popular/mainstream enough to have a lot of support/resources easily available to you.
Hope that helps. Good luck!

That question depends on what your path is... If you want to learn front-end web development, it's JavaScript. If it's back-end, then something like PHP or C#. Software development demands higher level languages like Java, C++ and so on and it is the highest paid if that is what you wanted to know.

this question has been asked many times before, there is a search bar for questions at the top of the question list. We can't really answer this question anyways unless you tell us what it is you want to make. Don't let anybody tell you a single language is the best like everybody who is saying Java is the best. There are definitely some reasons not to learn Java, it really depends on you.
