Guys pls, do I need to cram codes and also copy codes

Sometimes when going through a few tutorial, I get to places that I don't understand and I just skip it, what should I do

You should go back and practice what you think you understand. Whem ready, try the more difficult things. Ask questions (that make sense) and practice them.

Get additional examples. The comments, Q&A's and CodePlayground may have those. You can also try refactoring your code using the new examples, if you have an idea what they might do. In the process you often work out what you thought you understood originally (which may help you understand what you need to know, now). edit: Totally didn't try to restate @Rrestoring faith's answer, but still kinda did that.
