C++ can't be used to make server side scripting n making database? Is it only possible with mysql php?

There are libraries for almost anything, including of course SQL. Which is great and efficient, if you have to deal with databases.

what makes you think that's not possible? php is specifically designed for that purpose, but that doesn't mean you can't use any other language for it.
