WordPress is the lazy route and you won't really know how to make your own non-limited website

WordPress publish contents in Html/Css...

You can use WordPress without a lot of Html/Css knowlendge/skills, but if you know them you will be more efficient in your WordPress use (as you can drive a car without knowing mechanics, but it will be helpful to be known for better drive ^^)
