database restrictions

Question

So I am working on a little project where people from different buildings of a company use a database to monitor the attendance of people who are a client of that company (some sort of assisted living).

I would like to know if it is possible to restrict the users of this database to open or edit tables of other buildings of said company. That would be really nice :)

Is it also possible to make people able to access only for instance 2 of the 8 tables?

there are multiple people who will be using this database, but each person should only be using one table (each table is a building)

it's not that important for the database to work, but I thought it would be a relatively good feature
