Default Language

Hello,
do anyone has a solution for this problem?
I am trying to multiply two double numbers, in the result everything seem to be ok.
*****(I am working on Android Studio)****
The problem is :
The result of these two numbers is shown in the language of the mobile.
for example: if the language is English.. it is shown in English.
if the language of the mobile is Chinese .. it is shown in Chinese .. etc....
but I need the numbers to be shown in English only, no matter what the language of the mobile is ?
Anyone has the answer please?

What about Hindi for example
