Alternative for Android studio

Question

my computer don't support android studio and i m looking for best alternative to it...where I can make an app/game and later be able to upload it on playstore....plz help really need it.
I am currently learning Java on different platforms

Android studio was alternative for www.eclipse.org :)
Not sure about is yet supported by Google.

Thanx but do they(e.g Eclipse)allow me to upload the app on play store as Google announced that they are Ending the support for these IDEs
