what future does hypertext language hold?
since the forming of web hypertext application technology working group (whatwg) in 2004 and world wide web consortium (w3c) funding them to make changes in the first html made in 1999, did that mean whatwg could in future come up with a different version of hypertext mark up language or it solely rely on w3c advancement to upgrade the html5..
