working with android virtual device

Question

I'm trying to save file to external storage in virtual device and can't create the needed directories.
SD seem to have some problam.
someone faced something like it?

unfortunatly, it doesn't contain the needed info.

the problem was not solved, but i found that i also stop the creation of the file if ( !folder.mkdirs() )
and it fails once folder exists.

I also need to add condition for folder exists-

if (!folder.mkdirs() || !folder.exists())
