Speaking about interfaces. What is the real mean of them? I don't really understand, when interfaces are gonna be useful. Here I can just write the same code with "Speak()" in both classes Mandy and Wendy, but without interfaces...

They're are used as a mediator. A blueprint of something that should be done in a particular way.
