what is dote net core and sdk and do i need to know about it ?

try use VisualStudio bruh ,
SDK = Software Development Kit ,
"all you need" Kit to Develop Soft.

inside VS you can make either VB windows Project , C# Project , ASP.Net , even Android mobile (with apache Cordova).
