How many have gotten the Epic Badge? How did you get your opponents? Random? Were there no draws between the 50 win runs?

this is a good post regarding the Epic badge

The advice is what I would call "some what devious" but it would almost guarantee victory.
For true wholesome feeling. yes. opponent's should be random

Studying ones opponent before any challenge could never be called bad advise though

@Bamgbose There are many Sololearn who got epic without cheating in many languages like Nikolay, Krishna, etc.

Almost all top sololearners got epic.
Mine will take months to come.😳

Great news.
I am the highest position player without an epic badge.
Dubious honour

Even though I haven't gotten the badge(yet)
I think first of you really got to know your stuff(which is your language or weapon).

It is obvioysly Python for me.
Still stuck with the dubious honour (irritated)

@jay, I've been through the thread. But, should that be accepted?
Shouldn't selecting opponents be at random?
+ 5
@Bamgbose Choosing a random opponent is not a good practice for epic badge, let's say if your random opponent is Nikolay or someone then most probably there is a draw between both.
+ 5
@Ekansh, if choosing a random opponent is not a good practice for Epic Badge, then, what makes it a challenge?

@jay, you are right.
"Studying ones opponent before any challenge could never be called bad advice though".
But, why would you study an opponent when the challenge is not do or die?
Remember, just a question.

>>Resharing my experience with "Epic Badge" again for everyone's reference:
It took me 7-8 attempts to reach there. You need a span of 3-5 days to get the epic between which you should avoid all draws. And target only "noobs" (with rise in multiple accounts/fakes, it becomes a tedious process to judge who is an actual noob or not!) plus you need to be lucky as well. Make sure you get 5 in each of the challenge. And pray that the opponent does not break your streak.
I got it through 50 different opponents and didn't have to cheat.

@All, should we consider Epic Badge as an honorary badge for those who know how to cheat?
Remember, it is a question!

@Ekansh, exactly. And, that's how it should be.
But, can they achieve the same feat, now?
I mean: when there are better challengers that will give them draw.

@Blade, how is it 'dubious honour'? Or what makes it so?
You might need to do what others are doing to get it...I guess, that' s what makes it dubious.

@Apoorva,
"And pray that the opponent does not break your streak".
I don't know how to pray. Can you teach me the prayer to say? So that no challenge will give me draw...don't mind me.
How are you doing?

@qw rty, in case you are reading this, you and others that gave their upvote on this question made the GOOD QUESTION BADGE happen for me.
Thank you, all.
