[SUGGESTION] Let's reform Quiz Factory.(Please tell me if you support, then I will email)

Question

Some suggestions for improving quiz factory:
I) People can rate quizzes only in a language which they have completed the course.
ii) Lower than bronze users can only create quizzes but cannot rate them.
iii) There should be a reason for dislike option so that the creator can know what's wrong.
iv) There should be more quiz reviewers.
v) The comments on declined quizzes should be more specific.

+1, except for the third option, i have no time (too lazy, but i could be busy sometime) to give a reason in every single quiz i dislike, especially if the quiz is just an amount of random letters made by some spammers.

I agree with your suggestion to improve the Quiz Factory, expecially on points iii) and v).
Of course, as stated by Maz, this requires more time from reviewers.
For Point iii), when a quiz is disiked, should be requested to select the reason, it should be possible to select one of the default options (like: wrong answer, too easy, too hard, and so on) or insert an own sentence reason.
This could help the Quiz author.

There should strictness for quiz making also. If you will rate quizzes for some time, you will encounter to some amazing 😒 quizzes. (Don't want to share, try yourself OR ask @Burey).
