Design switch toggle as per requirements

Question

I want a single labelled switch toggle button in html.label should be inside the slider . It should appear in both active,inactive. Only the slider color should change.

i have seen plenty of these but not able to edit the content on the slider as per my requirements

i have seen plenty of websites and I tried to change the label.but that's not working.for 2 days since there was no other go i put my req here
