Hey, so I have a problem with downloading pictures from facebook. I try to put it in a code it doesn't work. Please help

well I don't really have any but I can try to explain my problem..amm..so when I download a photo from idk google or fb I don't really know what to do with it..I don't know how or where to save it..hope I explained it good enough but I'm total noob for now so go easy on me..and thanks for all the help
