The Indian system of education, controlled by CBSE, although may not be in a mess as people have accepted their fate, is however too old, and has not been updated from a very, very long time. Eg - We still have to study on Turbo C++ in High School (11th and 12th)...

Indian : education is not exciting. its boring, impractical, job oriented rather than life oriented. Those who think that Indian education is good r just escaping the reality. Just as an example in my computer classes what they basically teach is which feature is located in which tab in MS Word(i mean what's the use of this). Standardised test r also a huge mess. How can you compare apple and oranges just like that how you can compare a programmer and cricketer. It never teaches you to be creative or have a point of view.

Hi Shobhit, No offence but MS word is very important in some fields. Also, can you please explain me life oriented education system? eventually, everyone want job. I know, there are some flaws in our education system but it is not boring or not a huge mess. It also depends upon your education board or state.currently , I am studying outside. so, I can conclude that no one has perfect education system.

I'm from India and...yes i agree and disagree with both @Vijay and @shobhit. in India education is more job orIented...everyone here just wants to get a job and some good fat money....but i can't help but agree that how do you effectively teach a country of 125+million (if I'm not wrong. ..no offence )... what I see here is schools are not open ended..they tell you what to think rather than how to think ......like yeah...MS word is important.....but what I suggest is that teach them that in 1 or 2 standard. ..in computers there are endless topics....data security...AI...machine learning. ..programming. ..cloud storage and of course coding. ..so I think in class 6 to 7 they must explain about these topics so that in class 8 they can take their desired topic. one more thing that is heartning to see is that entrepreneurship is getting encouraged here

@shobhit ..I can suggest that there should be addition of new things in the syllabus. Also, education system is different in every state. I did my school education in maharshtra board in native language which different than cbse pattern. Also, it would be very difficult to grasp hard things at 3-4th standard. They have to consider all type of students while teaching. As we had music, sport ,art n drawing classes in every week. There are 50+ bachelor degrees avaible in India such in agriculture, arts n drawing, acting, fashion, law, engineering, sport, social sciences etc.

I'm from Russia. Our education is bad in my opinion, cause in college teacher needs one double lesson to tell us about printf/scanf in C, but SL helps me and I'm coding faster than my friends :)

I think, our parents & specially ourself are more responsible for setting the path to the goal. After school education, you can chose any path. We are only creator of our destiny. Good luck mate👍
