Friends assume that I know all the web designing programs (html,css,js) so now where should I write this code to create website

write it in the text editor with extension(example notepad++,subline text,etc...)and test it with the web browser but dont forget to save the code with .html for html files and .js 4 javascript

• Test it with local browser.
• Get and setup domain name and hosting.
• Upload the files to hosting via ftp or ssh.
• Use your registered domain name to open your website.
