How to send html form data to email..??

Friends help me..!!

I created a form in html.. Its like feedback form.. but i cant to code which send user entered data to user email address..
anyone help to get rid off this headache..

answer will be in any web page language(like javascript,php..etc)

suggests some example to more handy to me... :)

here #message is id indicate the form id or text id where user give comment..??
