What training resource is similar to this one that can issue certificates?

What are your experience where you still received knowledge?

I have taken a few courses at coursera.org They offer a certificate option (for paid courses). You can simply audit the course for free aka have access to the material for the course but you can't submit your homework or participate at grading. If you need the certificate for your resume I don't think that any employee cares enough about online tutoring or elearning to make a big difference there. Although if your goal is to learn there are great classes there often taught by professors of major academic institutes.
