Frontend and backend

So i want to be a frontend web developer,but should I also learn php,sql etc.

I think its very usefule to have basic knowledge in all areas you need ;)
I work as a backend dev and often its easier for me to write code for frontenders because i understand how they work ;)

also in my area full stack devs with one special topic are wanted by many companies ;)
