📚Do submitted quiz questions have to be related to what you have learned in tutorials?📚

As most of people here are beginners and only use sololearn, as a reference.. It would be better if the quiz was related to the content provided here..
Also as the community rates the quizz submitted..
But still general questions in the language are always welcomed..
