This app is really great. I've been using it the most and even have my public coding profile here, but github is also a great place to go and explore other people's codes to learn.

if I am trying to do something and need a quick answer I Google "Python 3" and the problem or question .... about 90% of useful answers are found in stack overflow

type " python lecture MIT " on YouTube, they have a series of lectures posted there from 2016. or you can go straight to their website www.ocw.mit.edu. good luck ;)
