Why is the Q/A full of questions that are easily found in the tutorials?

While the tutorials are not complete by any means, they are still pretty good at explaining basic concepts. Yet it seems like instead of reading through the tutorials and writing programs to practice, there are simple questions over and over and over like an endless loop. What's the point of the tutorials being here if people won't even bother reading through them?

@Jeremy, I agree with you, some people just gave zero effort and expect results, most of the members here have been trying hard to reduce such things by reminding the TS about the Search feature and encourage them to use it, and spread the habit for using it with their peers, yet still, people do repeat questions, make duplicates etc etc.

[Why]
Some figured it was laziness, others thought it was lack of information on Search feature, content creation guidelines, how to write a "catchy" question. Some also mentioned language barrier (hence don't understand the course), or just a way to get people attention (ended with chats).

Somehow it has become a bit frustrating to see how people don't heed the notes, I can imagine how mods feel when I see such cases, because it makes you feel tired, even at the glance of it.

I guess it would be helpful if SL can come up with an idea to aid on this issue, maybe an AI word/sentence scanner for checking new posts title for some known/famous questions, will be great help if it can reply to duplicate questions giving general tips, or link to related threads. Though there could be a drawback as machine don't have feelings, it may mistaken a cry for help for OOT or things like that.

I always assumed that it was because some people learn differently. Yeah, the tutorials do a good job, but maybe they need it explained differently? Maybe they're trying to code faster they they learn?

Of course, trying to write programs is the best way to learn, but we're all at different levels of experience. Some people are bound to get stuck. At least, that's me giving people the benefit of the doubt.
