What is challenge and it's rules?

Hi, kindly explain what is challenge and it's rules? how much xp point are earned by winning challenge?

1. The app 'knows' the right answer to every question.
2. A challenge itself expires after 24 hours if not been accepted, however, if you accept it, you have 30 seconds - not sure, might be a bit less - for every question to answer it.

A challenge is a competition between two programmers where each opponent has to answer 5 random questions related to the language chosen by you.
Winner is the one with more correct answers, of course draws are possible aswell.
XP depends on the level of the person you play against and your own level.
Usually the questions are of multiple-choice or fill-the-holes type.
