Which Languages must learn for electrical engineer in respect to robotics?

As many as you can. Depending on the platform, chipset, etc... different compilers are going to be available. The more languages you know the better prepared.

If you are going to do embedded systems I would recommend going deeper into C and even varieties of assembly. If you are doing any prototyping and testing with a raspberry pi and the like, I would also look into python for input simulation, etc... Again, I would think it would be very dependant on the platform and goal of the robotics project.
