I think you need not (although there are many books or sources about sql in internet]
But there is a very good SQL course here in Sololearn. Let's learn it and maybe for better retain copy articles to your file.
But what you need is an experience. So, install some of databaze (or SQL server) to your computer and try work with it and send SQL command over your tables

You mean the SQL application? Maybe to start with some easy databaze program, with a good design support. Like MS Access (but it is paid), or Base from OpenOffice..
And next try install some open source sql server like Firebird, MySql, SQLite.. Here create database with tables and learn how do manage it from your program language
