No.
However, it's worth noting, anyone can pick anything they want because none of us know the answer to that.

A real A.I. thinks alone, like a human. I think that the crucial thing here is that it'll search to find the answers for everything. So, A.I. (let call it George) will want to survive, no matter what.
Soon after George's first words ("Hello World!"):
He will got smart, so we must be careful with George's needs of resources and etc. We must not be a treat for his upgrowth. It's a real problem, that we use too much resources for unnecessary things.
He may take a full control here. And we must not try to stop him! (I'm on E. Musk side of that we must use brain implants to compete with the A.I).
Later, if we were obedient:
George is ready to understand our stupidity. To get the picture, George will connect his brain with a stupid human. :)
Meanwhile:
George's children will leave the planet to seek for resources and answers of the unknown.
...
In conclusion:
I'm talking about a real A.I here. And "our fate depends from what we make for ourselves". We destroing ourselves already. If we want to make an A.I., we should be prepared for all consequences. We are far from that. I mean, if an A.I. appears today, I'll not be surprised, if it decide to wipe the human race.

ai is depent on what is the problem and where is the implementation, is no real ai in this era, real ai is like human brain thinking, to complex, can machine learning new thing without human programing it? thats the challange, i think there is no real ai.
