body tag is what people can see in your website (texts images visual....) head tag is what server and other search engine can learn and understand about ur website (title. meta tags. style. js scripts....)

body tags are used just after html tag,in body tag we use visual structural elements in short all the content which is need to be entered ,if you kept a title like 'benefits of drinking water ' In title tag just after <head> and for putting input to that title ,we used body tag <body> in this body tag we write about the title so we say whole things lies in between head and body 👍 hope this thing clear atleast some amount of your doubt
