[] : square/box brackets
{} : braces (curly brackets, mustaches)
<> : angle (also less than, greater than)

Sometimes people will say "left" and "right" to indicate one of them, like "left paren".

They're all brackets but the US especially considers () separately (so won't call them brackets and will be confused if you do).
