Speed Up Coding ( Web development )

Question

I m new to front end web developing, but i ve become quite fluent in HTML and CSS so i can build small websites for business and i m working currently as freelancer. I would like to Speed up the process of developing beacuse my clients Only ask me for simple websites with basic HTML and CSS. The point is that they are obsessed Just by the look of the website, and i m not a good designer. Can you help me with some resources to learn how to implement themes or frameworks (like WordPress )? ( no bootstrap )

First of all, if you're not into designing then I've to assume you're into developing right?? HTML & CSS won't do the job alone you've to learn JavaScript as well. And of course, you can integrate a wordpress theme. Select any wordpress theme you think seem fit to your current project. Then copy & paste its source code into your editor. Make sure you're able to understand what the HTML, CSS of that site means! Then modify it according to your neccessity. That's all. Design's done. Now you can write scripts to add interactivity to your site!!
