Can i get out of a computer science class in high school as a freshman, even though its second quarter?

I really don't want to learn this.

Btw, just curious, why would you pick a random app/website to ask this question? I'm just confused why you wouldn't talk to your teachers, school, principal, parents, etc... about the issue if it's truly an issue. They're the ones in the position of accomplishing what you're asking. I understand that Computer Science and programming isn't for everyone, so if you really do need to be removed from the class, then you need to speak with the right people in order to make that happen. It may or may not put you behind, as that depends upon the school system. However, if you'll be better off working on something else, the sooner you ask the better. Anyways, I wish you the best of luck with your education. Stay focused and make sure you study as you should regardless of the subject. Best wishes to your future.

Hmm, I'm going to opt out on this one. I keep typing out a reply, realize I'm talking to a little kid that's about 13 years old, and then I delete it. So I'll leave on this note, I think you may be too young to be using the internet. Where are your parents? You should ask them what you should do because you're not old enough to properly assess this type of decision and shouldn't be talking to strangers on the internet anyways, especially about your future/education. However, if you're having issues with the class, and are actually trying, we're more than happy to help you out with it.

You should talk to your guidance counselor at school and parents. My daughter has gotten out of classes like this so it can be done.
