What are the basic list of programming languages that we require to build an android app ??

Question

I have many questions related to making an android app. Is learning java, XML and SQL is enough for building an app and how we build material design of apps through XML or u have to do something different ?? XML provides you the features to design the UI of apps or UI's are created with anything else ?? Please Android Developers Need your Attentions :-(

I write apps in Python only. using a framework called Kivy. the apps can be converted to .apk format using Buildozer and voila. If you get an app called Qpython (version 1) you can write and run web and Android apps from your Phone/tablet and they have samples to get you started! all opensource, and I usually do this from my raspberry pi and phone. had dendency issues running Kivy from windows, but there are videos online showing the set up process
