It will be much easier to learn programming languages if you speak English. Because almost all of the codes came from English words.

From my experience (Spanish is my native language) in some sectors that will not limit you. As a Latino I can attest that you can perform well within the area with a limited knowledge of English, the problem comes when you need to review the official documentation or forums for help. Most of the updated content is first in English and if the project is not very large then it may be a long time before you find a translation and even then there may be errors in it

My recommendation is that slowly you try to master another language different from yours. That will give you a different way of thinking and will boost you in any area. At least here it is highly valued in interviews that you are able to handle another language at any level
