How do I make a backend for my site?

Question

So I can easily add new pages, without making it by myself at code editor. All I have is a one static page, using a bootstrap framework plus some CSS and HTML5 structure.

The courses on here are great but I usually use w3schools for my go to initial resource. They have some great walkthroughs and practice projects.
