To be honest, if I were to teach you, I'd simply be telling you to read all of the stuff that you're required to read in order to learn what you're wanting to learn. That's how school does it as well; no point in me reading to you when you already know how to read. However, this discuss area exists, as well as other sites like StackOverflow, so you have plenty of outlets to ask questions and receive proper answers to them.
Go to the courses, click on Java, and get busy reading the material. Practice what you learn, and read through the course as many time as you need in order to better understand the language. Seek additional resources to further your skills and obtain more knowledge on the language.
Seriously, just give it a shot. You're more capable than you give yourself credit for. If you run into problems, just ask and most of the time we're willing to help out. However, always try to do it before you ask, and if you have to ask, then post your code/errors so we can help you more easily.
Best of luck to ya!
(If you seriously want a 1-on-1 and want to pay, then I was just kidding about the stuff above; I'm an excellent tutor! :D lol)

Nobody professional will have enough time to teach you [for free] except at school. There are plenty of online courses, do not be lazy.

In other words, you gotta teach yourself. The good news is; you came to the right place in SL and I'm a big proponent of free knowledge/information + distribution. Peep this :
