Would you want explanations for challenges?
When checking my wrong answers I understand 95% of the solutions in challenges (i play with all weapons), but sometimes I don't get it. I start googling then. Wouldn't it be nice to have a Q&A section or an explanation for every question after finishing a challenge? I would love it :-) Plus, there are wrong challenges. I report then, but they are kept in. Like not recognizing the overflow in an infinite loop. In a comment section one could point out the error and not just click on report.

Usually, if I don't understand some code parts I Google for them or use compilators and interpreters to execute each line of code separately.

@Mason You ARE rude. I would like to be seen as a programmer, not like a girl u hit on.

@Mason Don't make a fool of yourself, everything is okay and there is not much to forgive.. It is just really annoying and strange how ppl behave here.
I get called “baby“, “my girl“ and “sweetheart“, got over 400 followers within 2 weeks of little interactive action.. It happens on a regular basis, that some guys upvote everything i have ever posted here and i get about 20 challenges of this one person the same day. Strangers asked for my number and to get in contact.
This is kinda creepy and i automatically feel in defense. It is hard to be nice then, since I rather try to protect myself. Maybe some ppl like the attention, but while men think it is just a nice behaviour, I feel totally disrespected.
On this context I took off my picture. Then getting a comment for hair or any other optical quality is rude to me, yes. Maybe this is hard to understand from a male perspective and of course you don't mean to be rude.. but well.. you see..
Maybe I just change my profile..
If you really want to get what i told you, give youself a female name for some time, use a nice picture an post some stuff here.. You will see, what i am talking about.

@Mason Your comment is exactly the reason why there is no more picture of me. :-)

It would be great, if we get a short explanation for the wrong answers. Mail it to info@sololearn.com
I also experienced that some of the questions or their answers are wrong. Every 1 out of my 50 wrong answers are wrong or off-topic. I think we should mail this to Sololearn

Adding an explanation would mean that quiz creators include that when making the quiz, it's a good idea so that people don't just cram answers

@Marla I understand your statement, really... but I have to admit that I'm one of the ones who tends follow more likely if it's a girl.
I wanna explain myself :
I'm in a school, learning to be a programmer and in my class there are only guys...bad educated guys I have to say ... so much that I get angry only thinking about them.
It's a very bad learning atmosphere, and they are rude!
maybe it's because I had to grow up without a father and I'm used to being around women all the time...
in the other class is one girl and only her appearance let's this other class be much better in coding than us: there they talk differently with each other when having problems with the code , they develop together, ask each other questions and they share their experiences. I asked several times if I could change classes.
In our class you are afraid to ask, because you don't wanna be laughed at and none of us dares to ask the teacher when we don't understand because you get bullied or insulted
So, I like being around women. And I like it even more when I can share my passion with them.

Listen @Robert Paulson, I just wanted to tell you you're really my type 😍 let me know if you come to Montreal 😜 ( I bet you're being left alone now ! ) 👍

Great idea @MarlaSinger !!! . Maybe it could look similar to the comments section for each of the tutorial questions...

another solution is to copy the challenge and post it on Q&A for discussion

Some specific tag could be used to better organize the questions about the challenges
I prefer to concentrate on some languages and leave others to do challenges in a sporadic way. There are some details (like the strings that are mutable or immutable) that I always forget or that are concepts that I learned implicitly, so to notice them sometimes it takes me a moment

where could I find explanations for questions in challenges?can anyone help me?I want to know the explanation for wrong answers

@Mason Paulson Hahahaha :-D His name was Robert Paulson :-P

It would be of great help if when you check the answers there is a list (or tags) of the key concepts involved.

@ I swear to god I'm primarily seeing you as a programmer and out of my league on all fronts.
Sorry if I have offended you, I meant to be nice. I guess I'm a creep 😳 I was just watching that earlier this week too :
Check out "CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap" on Netflix
www.netflix.com/title/80130565?source=android
But to be fair, a subtle comment on your appearance doesn't mean that someone is not seeing you primarily as a programmer, but merely that he/she is seeing you. The gift/curse paradox, I'm afraid you can't escape it ... And for the record, it is only the second time that I delicately hint, with no further intention than delivering an honest compliment, on someone's profile picture's credentials. Perhaps it was unapropriate. I am not here to flirt either but I like the social aspect of SL and boys will be boys. Nevertheless, please accept my apologies if I have been rude to you @ Marla Singer. 🙏 😔

P.S. I have given myself a downvote as a further act of public self-flagelation. 😊

@marla I get what you are saying , People Only picturing you as a girl not a person with Programing experience is kinda of annoying , it's like they're so shallow
