Can i get some opinion about ruby??

I just started in it and i don't have much experience with it all though many of my friends say that it is really easy to pick up on.

Ruby is supposed to be a really easy language to pick up. I've played with it a little and the syntax does seem really intuitive.

I'm also pretty sure that its a fairly powerful language, but I haven't looked into it much, so I could be wrong :/
